You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. When you register as a podcast host or guest expert, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information — including your name, email address, and, where applicable, your phone number, location, and podcast or professional details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Codie Dog Interactive is currently offered 100% free to both podcast hosts and guest experts. There are no premium tiers, subscription fees, or hidden charges for the features described on our site. We reserve the right to introduce new features or optional paid offerings in the future, but we will not begin charging you for a feature you are already using without providing notice and obtaining any required consent.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to podcasting, guest booking, and content creation. You agree not to:
The Service lets you create public profiles and listings that may include your name, headshot or cover image, podcast information, biography, areas of expertise, discussion topics, personal stories, links, and availability ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content.
By submitting Your Content, you grant Codie Dog Interactive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service — for example, showing your profile in the directory, in search results, and in featured listings. You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to share it and grant this license.
We may, but are not obligated to, review, moderate, approve, or remove content (including profiles and listings) that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
The Service includes AI-powered features such as the AI Topic Builder, AI Interview Prep, Show Rundown Generator, Smart Topic Polish, AI Link Finder, and Guest Research Briefs. These tools may use third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate suggestions, questions, summaries, outlines, and other output based on content you provide or that is publicly available.
AI-generated output is provided for your convenience and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on or publishing it. Codie Dog Interactive does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or results of any AI-generated output, and such output does not constitute professional advice.
The Service allows hosts and guests to discover one another and to send, receive, and manage interview inquiries and related messages. Codie Dog Interactive is a platform that facilitates these introductions; we are not a party to any agreement, booking, or arrangement made between users. We do not guarantee that any inquiry will receive a response, that any booking will occur, or the conduct, reliability, or quality of any user. Any arrangements you make with another user are solely between you and that user.
The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, "Codie Dog Interactive" name, logos, and all related content we create — is owned by Codie Dog Interactive and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for Your Content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
